About the Role: The ideal candidates should be focused on boosting the company's business by finding new clients and opportunities. They should be keen to undertake market research, analyze consumer trends, actively seek out new sales opportunities, and manage team members to execute the company’s business development and sales strategy for its products and services.
Key Accountability:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Creating and managing content marketing initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
- Utilizing analytics tools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Segment the target audience to create personalized and targeted email campaigns.
Content Creation and Social Media Management:
- Create compelling and relevant content for email campaigns, including copy, visuals, and multimedia elements.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing presentation.
Automation and Sequencing:
- Implement marketing automation tools to set up and optimize email sequences, drip campaigns, and autoresponders.
- Ensure timely and relevant content delivery based on customer behavior and interactions.
List Management:
- Manage and segment email lists to enhance targeting and deliverability.
- Monitor and maintain the health of email databases, including list hygiene and compliance with regulatory requirements.
A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, CTAs) to optimize performance and increase engagement.
Performance Analytics:
- Track and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Facebook and Google Ads:
- Run ads with minimum CPL.
- Knowledge about meta-laws.
Key Performance Metrics:
- Website Traffic.
- Conversion Rate.
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
- Return on Investment (ROI).
- Click-Through Rate.
- Social Media Engagement.
- Email Open Rate and Click-Through Rate.
- Search Engine Rankings.
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred or 1 Yr+ experience with some Marketing Certification.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of best practices in email design, deliverability, and segmentation.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Working conditions: The role may involve working collaboratively with remote team members and may require occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones or meet campaign deadlines.
WORK TIMING, WEEKENDS AND LOCATION:
- Timing: 10:00 am to 6:30pm
- Salary- up to 6 LPA
- Working Days - 6 Days a week, 2nd and 4th sat off
- Location: Gurgaon
