Role Summary:
Own and scale Google Search (SEM) and Google Demand Gen campaigns across our full course portfolio
spanning WSQ short courses and Finance verticals. You will manage a large SEM keyword library across
multiple clusters, optimise bid strategies, and drive the lowest CPL in the channel mix. This is a combined SEM
+ GDG role responsible for both search intent capture and demand generation remarketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage SEM campaigns per course and per keyword cluster. Phase in keyword clusters
strategically.
• Continuously optimise CPL across all keyword clusters through weekly bid adjustments, A/B testing ad
copy, and pausing underperforming keywords.
• Capture strong impression share on branded and high-intent course keywords across all verticals.
• Build and maintain negative keyword lists. Structure campaigns with clean separation between
branded and generic ad groups.
• Manage Google Demand Gen (Performance Max) campaigns across all courses. Build remarketing
audiences from website visitors and webinar registrants.
• Run Google DGen campaigns for the mid-funnel webinar program, targeting strong ROAS while
keeping cost per registrant within budget.
• Use Target ROAS bidding for priority courses. Build custom intent audiences per course vertical.
• Track daily spend pacing and reallocate budget between keyword clusters and courses based on
performance.
• Contribute to the weekly cross-channel performance dashboard and Monday morning insight briefs.
Requirements:
• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search + Performance Max/Demand Gen).
• Strong understanding of keyword clustering, match types, Quality Score optimisation, and bid strategy.
• Experience with education, training, or SkillsFuture-related advertising in the Singapore market
preferred.
• Proficient in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and act quickly on underperformance.
• Comfortable managing large keyword sets across multiple campaign structures simultaneously.
• Fluent in English with strong written communication for ad copy creation.
