We have a strong presence across leading global marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms. In addition to E-commerce, Imagimake is actively scaling across major Quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, and others, enabling faster reach and deeper market penetration. Our focus is on delivering engaging, high-quality products while continuously optimizing our digital presence through data-driven performance marketing strategies.
To further strengthen our marketplace performance, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Amazon and Walmart advertising, along with strong data analytics and MIS capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other marketplaces.
- Manage and scale Sponsored Ads (AMS), Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and other marketplace advertising tools.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including TACoS, YoY growth, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS, and ACOS.
- Optimize budgets and bidding strategies to maximize revenue efficiency and profitability.
- Build and maintain MIS and performance dashboards to track campaign results, sales trends, and competitive performance.
- Conduct keyword research, product-level analysis, and bidding optimization to improve campaign outcomes.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, keywords, placements, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with category and account management teams to align campaigns with business goals and inventory availability.
- Track and analyse marketplace trends, consumer behaviour, algorithm updates, and new ad formats across marketplaces.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and contribute directly to business growth and revenue scale-up.
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing for E-commerce and Q-commerce platforms.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, Walmart Connect, and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work on large datasets and performance metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Data visualization).
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
- Experience in budget optimization and performance-driven campaign management.
- Ability to derive insights and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of third-party analytics tools, automation, or scripting for campaign optimization with Python/SQL.
