Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital/Performance Marketing Specialist based in the Pune Division. The specialist will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, analyze web performance data, and optimize online marketing strategies. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement while creating reports and recommendations to inform future marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Online campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.)
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, display, remarketing) to improve ROI
- Lead generation & qualification
- Handle social media marketing (content planning, posting, performance tracking)
- Drive website traffic and lead generation through SEO and SEM strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and campaign execution
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Track KPIs such as CPL, conversions, ROI, and engagement rates
- Stay updated with latest digital trends and tools
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website analytics
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Min 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Certifications in Google Ads / Analytics (preferred)
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Lead generation & cost per lead (CPL)
- Campaign ROI & conversion rates
- Website traffic growth
- Engagement metrics (CTR, impressions, etc.)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in B2B / industrial marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools & marketing automation
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms
