Performance Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Drive lead generation and campaign performance
• Plan campaign strategy, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Improve landing page performance and retargeting campaigns
• Monitor campaign budgets and optimise spending for maximum ROI
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Track conversions, analyse campaign data, and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Experience managing multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously
• Good understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
