The Role
We need someone who speaks fluent Meta Ads, dreams in Google Analytics, and gets genuinely excited when CTR goes up by 0.2%.
You'll own our entire performance marketing engine—from campaign strategy to execution to optimization. No micromanagement. No bureaucracy. Just you, the data, and the freedom to experiment.
What You'll Actually Do
- Run high-converting ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Build funnels that don't just look good on paper—they actually convert
- A/B test everything (creative, copy, audiences, landing pages)
- Track, analyze, and optimize based on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and every other acronym that matters
- Work directly with founders on growth strategy (no layers of approval hell)
- Scale what works. Kill what doesn't. Fast.
You're Perfect For This If:
✅ You've run actual paid campaigns (not just "assisted with" or "helped manage") ✅ Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads are your second home ✅ You understand pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion funnels in your sleep ✅ You can read data, spot patterns, and make decisions—not just reports ✅ You're comfortable with ambiguity and don't need a playbook for everything ✅ You want ownership over a paycheck with fancy benefits you'll never use
