Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven marketer with strong SEO expertise to scale our digital growth, generate high-quality B2B leads, and build a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Drive lead generation for import/export and logistics services
- Manage budgets and optimize for key metrics such as CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
SEO
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research focused on import-export, China sourcing, and logistics
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages
- Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing and SEO
- Proven track record of lead generation and ROI-driven campaigns
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience in B2B or logistics industry is preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in conversion rate optimization and landing page strategy
- Understanding of marketing funnels, CRM tools, and automation
- Ability to align content strategy with SEO goals
