We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive scalable growth through data-driven campaigns — someone who understands SaaS growth, user acquisition, experimentation, and conversion optimisation.
The Role
You will own and optimise paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to help Garage.app acquire high-quality users, improve conversions, and scale growth efficiently. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where testing, iteration, and speed are essential.
What You'll Do
Manage Performance Marketing Campaigns
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter/X, and other digital platforms
• Leverage AI-powered marketing and analytics tools to improve campaign targeting, optimisation, reporting, and creative testing
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets for maximum ROI
• Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis
• Manage retargeting and user acquisition strategies
Drive Growth and User Acquisition
• Build campaigns focused on lead generation, sign-ups, and product adoption
• Develop funnel strategies to improve acquisition and retention
• Identify opportunities for growth across paid and organic channels
• Experiment with new channels, ad formats, and growth tactics
Optimize Conversion Funnels
• Analyse landing page performance and user journeys
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, messaging, and landing pages
• Track key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Analyse and Report Performance
• Monitor campaign analytics and performance dashboards
• Generate actionable insights from marketing data
• Prepare reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and growth trends
• Use analytics tools to identify and act on optimisation opportunities
Collaborate Across Teams
• Work closely with content, product, and design teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Support product launches and growth initiatives
• Contribute ideas for positioning, messaging, and growth experiments
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with analytics to drive measurable growth. You might be a performance marketer from a startup or SaaS company, a digital marketing specialist with growth experience, or someone passionate about analytics, experimentation, and scaling products.
Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising
• Experience managing paid campaigns for SaaS products, startups, or tech brands
• Proven ability to optimise campaigns based on performance metrics
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms
Skills
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels and campaign optimisation
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for automation, analytics, and ad creative generation
• Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets and consistently improve campaign ROI
• Familiarity with SaaS growth metrics and customer acquisition strategies
