We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2 years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through paid search, paid social, display, and other performance channels — with a sharp focus on ROI and conversion metrics. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
· Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
· Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs — including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
· Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance
· Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend
· Build and maintain performance dashboards; present weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders
· Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals aligned to performance goals
· Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising
- Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
- Hands-on with Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals and landing page optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
