About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in developing and executing multi-platform paid media strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaigns across search engines, social media channels, and display networks. You will collaborate closely with marketing partners, creative teams, and content specialists to craft compelling ad creatives, optimize campaign performance, and analyze key metrics to maximize ROI. Your expertise will help elevate TÜV SÜD’s brand visibility and lead generation efforts in the digital space, ensuring campaigns are innovative, targeted, and effective. Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and display networks is essential. Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar PPC platforms are highly desirable. You should have a deep understanding of audience segmentation, keyword strategies, and advanced bidding methodologies, complemented by proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI, along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to interpret complex datasets, and a proven track record of campaign ROI optimization, especially in B2B marketing contexts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing Business Partners to develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with organizational objectives, defining clear KPIs and success metrics for each initiative.
- Conduct detailed keyword and audience research to build targeted campaigns, continuously refining audience segments to improve reach and relevance.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets in collaboration with creative teams, conducting A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversions across multiple platforms.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across search, social, and display networks by setting up precise targeting, ad placements, and bidding strategies, ensuring data integrity and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to design effective landing pages that support campaign goals and enhance user experience.
- Monitor bids and allocate budgets strategically to maximize ROI, adjusting allocations based on campaign performance and business priorities.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and engagement levels, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing insights with team members and stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
