We're an AI-driven performance marketing company looking for a Google Ads Strategist to own and scale campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale Search, Demand Gen, and PMax campaigns
- Structure accounts to feed Google's AI with clean signals and quality conversions
- Define audience signals, asset strategies, and creative inputs
- Manage spend, exclusions, and campaign inefficiencies
- Run experiments and use data to drive decisions
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong grasp of Google's bidding algorithms and automation
- Experience with value-based bidding, conversion modeling, and attribution
- Comfortable using AI tools for analysis and ad copy
Good to have
- GA4 and GTM experience
- Agency or high-budget account background
- International campaign experience
