Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads with a strong focus on lead generation, improving CPL and CPR, and driving campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Drive lead generation (forms, landing pages, funnels)
- Improve CPL and overall campaign efficiency
- Handle Google Search Ads & PPC campaigns
- Support awareness and impression campaigns
- (Bonus) Email marketing experience
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
- Experience in PPC and campaign optimization
- Email marketing knowledge is a plus
