Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Patna. The Performance Marketing Specialist will manage data-driven paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google, optimize advertising strategies for ROI, and monitor campaign performance. Daily responsibilities include creating, analyzing, and refining marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams for cohesive messaging, and ensuring campaign alignment with client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for Devout Growth's clients
- Build and manage full-funnel campaign strategies — from Awareness to Conversion — across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Set up and configure Pixels, Tags, UTMs, and tracking systems to ensure accurate attribution and reporting
- Monitor campaign performance daily and generate weekly performance reports with ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Lead A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency
- Manage retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns to maximize lead quality and ad spend efficiency
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and keyword research for precise targeting
- Coordinate with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy briefs
- Conduct monthly strategy reviews and budget optimization to scale winning campaigns
- Improve ROI and ROAS through continuous data analysis and funnel optimization
Requirements
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media — agency experience preferred
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy — from cold traffic to retargeting to conversion
- Proficiency in analytics tools — Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and landing page optimization
- Strong analytical and communication skills — comfortable presenting performance data to clients
- Understanding of SEO and organic digital marketing is a plus
