About the role
We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Coimbatore managing 30+ active clients across SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and eCommerce. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own Google Ads, Shopify performance campaigns, and Meta catalogue ads for our growing client base.
What you'll own
End-to-end Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns for 10–15 client accounts
Meta catalogue and dynamic product ads for Shopify eCommerce clients
GA4 + GTM setup, conversion tracking, and monthly ROAS reporting
Performance Max campaigns for eCommerce clients on Shopify
Monthly performance decks — ROAS, CPA, CPL per client
Must have
2–4 years hands-on Google Ads experience — managed ₹50K+ monthly spend independently
Meta Business Manager — catalogue setup, DPA, retargeting campaigns
Shopify pixel + Meta pixel integration experience
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager proficiency
Google Ads certified (Search mandatory, Shopping preferred)
Good to have
Looker Studio dashboard creation for client reporting
Performance Max campaign experience
Prior agency experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
