Job Location:- Sector 144, Noida
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads: Build, scale, and optimize conversion campaigns (Advantage+ Catalog/DPA, CBO, retargeting) to maintain target ROAS and CPR.
Google Ads: Manage Performance Max, Shopping feeds (GMC), Search campaigns, and negative keyword optimization.
Amazon Ads: Manage Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns while optimizing ACoS/TACOS.
Creative Strategy: Brief the design team on high-converting hooks, video reels, and static ad concepts; run continuous A/B tests.
Analytics: Track CAC, ROAS, AOV, and pixel/CAPI health across Shopify and GA4.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on ad management experience (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads) with proven track record of managing and scaling budgets.
Prior experience in D2C e-commerce: Handicrafts, Home Decor, Corporate Gifting, FMCG, or Cosmetics.
Strong grasp of funnel metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, ACoS, conversion rates) and Shopify analytics.
Preferred / Added Advantage
Experience managing international/cross-border campaigns (e.g., UAE/GCC on Amazon.ae & Noon, or US/UK markets).
