Role Overview
Codezion Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, campaign optimization expertise, and the ability to work closely with creative and content teams to drive leads, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Manage Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, and Video campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google updates, and Meta advertising strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in IT, software, or digital service industries will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
