We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing ROI, and delivering measurable business outcomes through paid advertising and performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage budgets efficiently to ensure maximum performance within allocated spend.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Perform ad account audits to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Proven experience in real estate marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working with an advertising agency or digital marketing agency is mandatory.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRO is a plus.
· The candidate should have hands-on experience managing a minimum monthly ad budget of ₹10 lakhs.
