Role Description
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on driving online sales and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- · Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- · Manage the budgets and campaigns across all digital platforms to help drive strong ROI and CAC
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee end-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Continuously optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets to achieve desired KPIs.
- Test new ad formats, strategies, and techniques to improve campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking software to monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to refine future marketing strategies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment in all campaigns.
Qualifications
- Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience scaling ecommerce brands via performance and affiliate marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify is a plus
