We’re looking for a smart, execution-focused Paid Media Specialist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing—someone who has actually run campaigns (through internships or full-time roles), understands how ad platforms work, and is eager to grow fast.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
- Review campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for campaign execution, approvals, and updates
- Create clear performance reports and dashboards (AI tools familiarity is a plus)
- Support strategy discussions with insights, recommendations, and performance analysis
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Google + Meta mandatory)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, attribution, bidding, targeting, funnels, tracking, creatives, and optimization logic
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable in a client-facing coordination role
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Familiarity with reporting tools, spreadsheets, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and AI productivity/reporting tools is a plus
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preference for Bangalore-based candidates)
