🚀 We’re Hiring:Performance Marketing Specialist 🚀
We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid growth strategy. This role is built for a performance specialist, not a brand marketer, with a mandate to break through flat order volume and CPO trends through disciplined execution and experimentation.
🎯Role SummaryYou will own paid acquisition strategy and execution across core performance channels, driving measurable improvements in growth efficiency. This role requires strong judgment, comfort with imperfect data, and executive-level decision-making.
- 📈Core ResponsabilitiesOwn and scale Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen) as primary growth drivers
- Oversee Meta and additional paid acquisition channels
- Lead budget allocation and efficiency optimization across channels
- Drive improvements in CAC, CPO, ROAS, and LTV
- Design and execute experimentation frameworks to unlock scalable growth
- Partner closely with Analytics and Data Science to inform decisions
- 🧠Must-Have BackgroundDeep expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen)
- Proven experience managing $50M+ annual paid media budgets
- Strong attribution instincts and comfort operating with imperfect data
- Performance-first mindset with executive-level accountability
💰 Compensation: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience
