Role Description:
Performance Marketing & User Acquisition
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic & Affiliate channels
- Drive app installs, account openings, lead generation, and customer activation at optimized CAC.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI on marketing spends.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics.
Agency Management & Monitoring
- Coordinate and work closely with external performance marketing agencies.
- Monitor agency performance, campaign execution, and delivery timelines.
- Review campaign reports, optimizations, and media spends regularly.
- Ensure agencies are aligned with business goals, brand positioning, and growth targets.
- Evaluate agency effectiveness through defined KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Campaign Optimization & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on CAC, CPi, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Retention Metrics
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and messaging.
- Work closely with analytics teams to build attribution and reporting frameworks.
- Generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.
Creative & Growth Strategy
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and communication.
- Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Track competitor campaigns and industry trends.
- Build remarketing and customer lifecycle campaigns.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with product, tech, sales, and CRM teams to improve conversion funnels.
- Work closely with product teams to improve onboarding journeys and campaign landing
experiences.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Paid Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels and growth metrics.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale ad budgets and agency relationships.
- Experience in fintech, stock broking, BFSI, or startup ecosystem required.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics and Attribution tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Leadsquared)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or Analytics are an added advantage.
