Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Colombo. The role involves overseeing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, conducting in-depth market research, developing marketing strategies, offering data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet organizational objectives. The Performance Marketing Specialist will also measure and analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversions and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research, Marketing Strategy, and analytics
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service engagement to ensure alignment of marketing and customer needs
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate data insights and marketing plans effectively
- Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and metrics is an advantage
- A strong understanding of digital marketing trends and behaviors
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
