We bring trust, speed, and security to modern businesses by automating compliance, risk, and governance with intelligence and simplicity.
Role Overview
We're looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts. You will lead LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels, build out attribution infrastructure, and turn marketing spend into measurable pipeline. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of B2B demand generation and growth strategy.
📍 Location: Remote (Anywhere) 💼 Team: Marketing 🕒 Type: Full-Time 📅 Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Ads (Primary Channel): Own end-to-end campaign management on LinkedIn - from audience targeting and creative strategy to bidding, budgeting, and iterative optimization. Drive pipeline and MQL growth through Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, and Message Ads.
- Paid Channel Expansion: Run and optimize campaigns across other relevant B2B channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, review platforms like G2/Capterra) to diversify acquisition.
- Attribution & Measurement: Build and maintain a reliable attribution model (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) across all paid channels. Ensure accurate tracking via UTMs, pixel setup, and integration with CRM.
- Marketing Tech Stack: Work hands-on with tools across the performance marketing stack - ad platforms, marketing automation (HubSpot, etc.), analytics (GA4, Looker Studio), and ABM tools.
- Reporting & Insights: Own weekly and monthly performance reporting. Translate data into actionable insights and present clearly to stakeholders. Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
- Experimentation: Continuously run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. Document learnings and apply them across campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and SDR/sales teams to align messaging, support pipeline goals, and improve lead quality.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance or demand generation marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager - this is a core skill for this role.
- Experience managing paid campaigns across at least two channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.).
- Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, UTM governance, and pixel/tag management.
- Comfort working with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar) and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong analytical skills - you should be as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in an ads dashboard.
- Clear written communication and the ability to collaborate asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) platforms or intent data tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Bombora).
- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and lead scoring in HubSpot.
- Exposure to Cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance-related industries.
- Experience working alongside SDR/BDR teams to optimize lead handoff and feedback loops.
- Basic understanding of SEO and how paid and organic strategies complement each other.
What We Offer
- Fully remote role with flexible working hours
- A high-ownership position with real influence over marketing strategy and spend
- A fast-moving environment at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
- Opportunity to build and scale marketing infrastructure from the ground up
