🚀 We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Specialist — Malappuram, Kerala
About the role:
We are growing our digital presence and looking for a driven Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on data and loves scaling campaigns. You will own paid media end-to-end — from strategy to budget management and optimisation — and play a direct role in accelerating our growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on conversions and lead generation.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation and run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign KPIs daily; optimise for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other performance metrics to continuously improve ROI.
- Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently; identify winning campaigns and scale them profitably.
- Deliver clear, actionable performance reports to management on a Daily, weekly and monthly basis.
What we are looking for:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
- Proven track record managing campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong command of performance metrics — ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate — and the ability to act on data, not instinct.
- Solid experience with conversion tracking tools — Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with eCommerce or D2C brands is a strong advantage.
