Growth Marketing & GTM Specialist — Meta Ads, App Launch & Performance

Quicoo is an Australian mobility platform preparing for launch, and we’re looking for a growth-focused marketer who can help build momentum from the ground up.
This is not a role for someone who only manages campaigns after they’re already running. We want someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and use performance marketing, market insight, creative testing, and AI tools to help drive a real app launch.
You’ll play a direct role in shaping how Quicoo enters the market, builds awareness, acquires users, and improves performance across the funnel.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Planning, launching, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Managing campaign performance using clear metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPI, CAC, and ROAS
- Testing creatives, audiences, messaging angles, and budget allocations to improve results
- Supporting go-to-market launch execution across paid, organic, and app-related channels
- Using AI tools to improve speed, ideation, reporting, analysis, and campaign workflows
- Monitoring performance data and turning insights into practical actions
- Working directly with the founder to support launch growth priorities
What we’re looking for
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing strategy and full-funnel execution
- Confidence with Ads Manager, Events Manager, Firebase, GA4, or Appsflyer
- Working knowledge of AI tools that support campaign execution and analysis
- Strong written and verbal English
- Someone who can combine strategy, execution, and data-led decision-making
