About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. You will own end-to-end campaign execution — from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting — with a strong focus on maximizing ROAS and scaling dynamic ad experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Build and manage Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) on Meta and Performance Max / Dynamic Search Ads on Google
- Monitor and improve key metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates — on a daily basis
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Analyze campaign data and deliver clear weekly/monthly performance reports
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and reallocate spend based on performance insights
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of achieving and improving ROAS targets
- Experience with dynamic ad formats — DPA, Dynamic Search Ads, or Performance Max
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel setup and event tracking
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Good written communication skills for reporting and creative briefing
Nice to Have
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
- Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands
- Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based campaign strategies
- Basic understanding of SEO or organic social to complement paid efforts
