About Spruce Up
Spruce Up designs and manufactures mechanised waste-management and street-cleaning equipment in India. Our ambition is to become India’s most trusted waste-cleaning equipment brand, known for internationally competitive standards, practical affordability and dependable execution.
Team and decision structure
You will work in a lean marketing team with the Marketing Lead, a Content and SEO Executive, a two-person video team and another person in the same role. The Marketing Head sets product priorities, audiences, positioning, messages, channels, budgets and final approvals. This role owns execution after the direction is approved. You are expected to report evidence and recommend operational improvements, but not independently redefine the strategy.
The role
We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can receive an approved brief, convert it into an execution checklist and deliver it across paid and organic channels. This is not a strategy-setting or idea-only role. You will launch, publish, monitor, troubleshoot, coordinate and report. You should be comfortable moving between campaign platforms, social channels, analytics, website tracking and asset coordination without needing repeated follow-ups.
What you will own
- Manage current running campaigns.
- Translate approved campaign direction into execution plans, channel calendars, asset requirements and deadlines.
- Set up, run and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google, including Search and YouTube; execute LinkedIn campaigns when assigned.
- Manage daily channel operations across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, including publishing, scheduling, metadata, quality checks and response monitoring.
- Monitor budgets, CPL, qualified-lead cost, lead quality, creative performance and conversions; run tests within the approved scope.
- Own tracking and reporting across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTMs, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot and website forms.
- Deliver a concise weekly report covering spend, results, channel performance, learnings, risks and recommended operational actions.
- Coordinate directly with the content and video teams to secure campaign assets and close dependencies.
- Use AI tools for drafting, repurposing, research and reporting; maintain clean documentation and raise blockers early with a proposed fix.
What you must bring
- 2–4 years of direct experience operating live Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts and advance tool familiarity.
- Hands-on experience managing social channels, including publishing, scheduling, monitoring and reporting across YouTube and at least two other major platforms.
- Evidence of lead-generation campaigns with real budgets, results and optimisation decisions.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, pixels, conversion events and attribution basics.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to extract, organise and interpret platform data.
- The ability to distinguish lead volume from lead quality and work with sales on a practical qualified-lead definition.
- Clear written and verbal communication, especially when coordinating assets or explaining results.
- The ability to learn an industrial product category, its buyers and its sales cycle quickly.
- Comfort using AI tools for execution while independently checking facts, numbers, links, claims and final output.
Personality requirements
- Act quickly once the priority and direction are clear; do not wait for step-by-step instructions.
- Close loops by confirming the owner, deadline, completion and result.
- Ask sharp questions when the brief, asset or data is incomplete.
- Raise blockers early and arrive with possible solutions.
- Learn unfamiliar tools and tasks without being rigid or set in one way of working.
- Be comfortable wearing multiple execution hats while keeping quality, tracking and documentation intact.
- Prefer completed, measurable work over endless brainstorming or generic recommendations.
Useful, but not mandatory
- Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, WordPress or Elementor experience.
- Experience marketing B2B, industrial, manufacturing, high-ticket or niche products.
- Basic landing-page, copy, Canva, thumbnail or creative-quality review skills.
How to apply
- Share two or three redacted examples of paid campaigns you personally operated. Include the objective, budget range, setup, result, what failed and what you changed.
- Share two or three examples of social channels, campaigns or launches you personally executed and explain your exact contribution.
