We're hiring a sharp, hands-on Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist at Draconic — an AI-powered trading intelligence platform for active traders across Indian, US, and crypto markets.
This is not a setup role. Campaigns are already live on Google and Meta, dashboards are in place. You walk in, take ownership, and make it smarter.
What you'll own:
- Google Ads + Meta Ads — optimize existing campaigns and build new ones
- SEO — backlink building, managing external microsites (Wix/similar) that drive traffic back to Draconic, blog indexing, keyword tracking
- Daily metrics monitoring + morning snapshot
- Weekly performance report + dashboard maintenance
- Creative intelligence — tell us what's working and what's not
- Master sheets — campaigns, keywords, city targeting, ad copies, budgets
What we need:
- 4-6 years hands-on performance marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads Manager)
- 4–6 years in SEO (backlinks, microsite creation, on-page, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush)
- Strong GA4 and Looker Studio skills
- Startup/SaaS/fintech experience is a strong plus
