Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. As a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist, you will develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies to meet client objectives. Core responsibilities include campaign performance analysis, SEO optimization, execution of performance tests, and continuous monitoring of data to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts tailored to achieve measurable results.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analysis to track, evaluate, and report campaign performance
- Proficiency in Performance Management and conducting Performance Testing for marketing initiatives
- Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with teams and present data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools to enhance online visibility and traffic
- Adaptability to stay updated with industry trends and a proactive approach to adopting new techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing or performance optimization is preferred
