Job Description: Performance Marketing & SEO Analyst Company: Aktion Safety Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi (Head Office) Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Summary We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Analyst responsible for improving our website visibility, increasing relevant traffic, and generating qualified B2B inquiries. The role focuses on SEO execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities SEO Execution • Perform on-page SEO for product pages, categories, and website content • Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, mobile optimization) • Execute off-page SEO (backlink building and domain authority improvement) • Conduct keyword research based on industrial and B2B buyer intent Performance Tracking & Analysis • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console • Track traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and conversions • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements • Support analysis of any paid campaigns Reporting & Insights • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports • Provide clear, actionable insights based on data • Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities Coordination with External Agency • Work with the website development agency to implement SEO and performance-related changes • Share requirements clearly and follow up to ensure timely execution Tools (Required Knowledge) • Google Analytics (GA4) • Google Search Console • One SEO tool (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Uber suggest) Reporting Structure • Reports directly to Marketing Head
