Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Manage and scale high-budget campaigns (1–3 Cr+/month) with strong focus on CAC & ROAS.
- Execute and refine full-funnel strategies (acquisition → conversion).
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with copy, design, and video teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion journeys.
- Track, analyze, and present performance insights with clear action plans
Competencies:
- Strong ownership with an outcome-driven approach.
- Ability to balance execution with strategic planning.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Who Should Apply:
- 8+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing
- Proven experience managing large-scale paid campaigns and budgets (1-3 Crores+ per month)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (Certification is a plus).
- Experience in EdTech / D2C / high-growth startups preferred.
- MBA from Tier-2 institutes (preferred).
