Job Description: Paid Media Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
•
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
•
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize performance.
•
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
•
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
•
Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies in collaboration with design and content teams.
•
Implement and manage A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages.
•
Track and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform analytics.
•
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
•
Ensure proper tracking, pixels, and conversion events are implemented across campaigns.
•
Stay updated with the latest paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
•
3–5 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
•
Strong experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
•
Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.
•
Experience managing performance marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns.
•
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Preferred Skills
•
Experience with B2B marketing or EdTech industry.
•
Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
•
Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
•
Experience running global campaigns across multiple regions.
•
Google Ads or Meta certification is a plus.
