Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist. The primary responsibilities include strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, and working closely with team members to align campaigns with overall business goals. Regularly testing ad performance and implementing data-driven decisions to maximize ROI will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Data Analysis
- Expertise in Performance Management and Performance Testing
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing within a creative or agency environment is a plus
