Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Operations Lead who is strong in Meta Ads and Google Ads, has a decent understanding of e-commerce ads and SEO, is comfortable using AI tools for creative generation and workflow efficiency, and can manage accounts with a high level of ownership.
This is a remote role that combines campaign execution, account management, reporting, strategy support, and client communication. Since you will be working with US and Australia-based clients, strong spoken and written communication is very important.
We are looking for an all-rounder. Someone who can think, execute, report, communicate, and keep things moving without needing constant follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Handle day-to-day performance marketing operations across multiple client accounts
- Work on audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategies, funnel planning, and campaign structuring
- Support both lead generation and e-commerce accounts
- Use AI tools to support creative ideation, ad copy variations, content assistance, and faster execution workflows
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure creatives align with campaign goals
- Own client reporting through Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and presentations
- Prepare clear, insight-driven PPTs / performance decks for internal reviews and client meetings
- Translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations and next steps
- Proactively identify issues, opportunities, testing ideas, and scaling strategies
- Communicate confidently with US and AUS clients over calls, emails, and review meetings
- Maintain strong account hygiene, documentation, timelines, and follow-ups
- Be open to learning and experimenting with channels like Reddit and other emerging platforms when needed
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Good understanding of lead generation and e-commerce performance marketing
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for reporting, tracking, and analysis
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build clean and thoughtful PowerPoint decks
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative support, workflow improvement, research, and content assistance
- Good understanding of metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and CAC
- Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing roles
- Ability to take ownership and work in a structured, proactive manner
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setup with accountability and ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Experience managing international clients
- Understanding of landing pages, funnel performance, and creative testing frameworks
- Basic knowledge of analytics and attribution
- Confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to clients
- Curiosity to learn new channels, tools, and growth opportunities quickly
