Job details:
- Own end-to-end execution of paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google,and other performance channels
- Monitor, optimise, and scale campaigns daily with a sharp focus on CAC,ROAS, and contribution margins
- Take a data-first approach to decision-making - analyse funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, ATC, checkout, etc.) and identify growth levers
- Identify and unlock product-led growth opportunities in collaboration with merchandising and product teams (pricing, bundles, hero SKUs, launch strategies)
- Build and execute a structured A/B testing roadmap across ads, landing pages, and funnel stages
- Document learnings into clear, reusable playbooks/white papers to drive compounding performance
- Design and iterate on strategies for new customer acquisition (NCA) and retention/repeat growth, balancing scale with efficiency
- Work closely with creative teams to brief, iterate, and scale high-performing ad concepts
- Develop channel-level and blended performance views, including attribution across platforms
- Own weekly/monthly reporting — not just numbers, but clear insights,hypotheses, and next actions
- Continuously explore and test new channels, audiences, and formats to unlock incremental growth
- Bring structure to chaos - build processes, dashboards, and frameworks that improve speed and quality of execution
Looking for
- Prior experience in growth/marketing optimization for an e-commerce company/D2C
- Knowledge of Facebook marketing, Google marketing, & other digital platforms
- Passionate about the fashion & apparel space
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives.
