We’re looking for a data-driven & result-oriented Performance Marketing (Meta Ads) Expert who can plan, manage, and scale high-performing ad campaigns that generate measurable results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Manage lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness campaigns
Conduct audience research, targeting & retargeting strategies
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads for better ROI
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences
Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives
Track campaign insights and prepare performance reports
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, tools & algorithm updates
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign structures
- Experience with lead generation, conversion tracking & retargeting
- Knowledge of ad optimization, budget scaling & audience segmentation
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
- Basic understanding of creative strategy for ads
