Job Title: Paid Media Manager - Performance Marketing (Remote)

At Beyounique Media, we partner with leading schools and educational brands to build a powerful digital presence and generate consistent admissions through performance-driven marketing. Based in Tamil Nadu, we are a fast-growing education marketing agency with a vision to empower institutions through creativity and data-backed strategies.
We are expanding our performance marketing division and looking for a Paid Media Manager - a results-driven professional who knows how to connect every dot between paid campaigns, analytics, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deploy, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, custom events, and tracking systems for precise conversion reporting.
- Handle CRM and lead automation using platforms like Google Sheets, Aisensy, or similar integration tools.
- Monitor paid campaign performance and implement real-time optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure media and messaging are aligned for the best results.
- Troubleshoot ad account issues, tracking disconnections, and pixel errors efficiently.
- Generate insightful performance reports and communicate findings proactively to the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on paid media management experience.
- Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, custom events, and retargeting strategies.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads (Search or Display) is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and lead automation workflows.
- Analytical mindset with solid knowledge of audience targeting and A/B testing.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Important Note:
This is an early-career, junior role - ideal for candidates in the 6–12 months experience range who are comfortable with junior-level compensation and want to grow with a small, fast-moving team.
