We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional with strong hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to drive high-quality lead generation for NBFC products (Vehicle & Business Loan). The ideal candidate should understand the nuances of financial lead funnels, compliance requirements, and ROI-focused scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for NBFC, Banking & Insurance products
- Drive volume and quality leads for products such as Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Financial Services
- Create and test ad creatives (copies, formats, audiences) to improve CPL and conversion rates
- Audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization
- Monitor daily performance metrics and take data-backed optimization actions
- Work closely with creative, tech, and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Ensure compliance with BFSI advertising policies and Meta guidelines
- Prepare performance reports and share insights on ROI, CPA, CPL, and funnel performance
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Meta Ads mandatory)
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Prior experience in NBFC / Banking / Insurance sector is a must
Strong understanding of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Lead Forms, Website Conversions, API Conversion, and Pixel tracking
- A/B testing and funnel optimization
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Experience working with CRM-qualified leads is an added advantage
