Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role specializing in Meta Ads, based in Gurugram, India. The primary responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The role encompasses creating performance-focused ad strategies, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, analyzing data to derive actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives. Additionally, the role involves performance testing, budget management, and preparing detailed performance reports to evaluate campaign success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Data Analysis skills to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance effectively
- Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing for ad campaigns to maximize ROI
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in digital advertising, with expertise in Meta platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram campaigns
- Proven skills in budget management for digital paid media and the ability to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Working knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and remarketing techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is preferred
