About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Senior Performance Marketing Manager to
own our end-to-end performance marketing and analytics function.
This role combines hands-on campaign execution (Google Ads, Meta Ads & paid social channels)
with deep expertise in analytics, tracking, and reporting. You will be responsible for not only
driving traffic and conversions, but also building the data infrastructure that explains where
growth is coming from and how to scale it.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution (Google & Paid Social Focus) - Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube,Performance Max) and paid social platforms (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, ad creative testing, and landing page optimization
- Monitor and improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
2. Performance Marketing & Channel Optimization
- Analyze performance across all acquisition channels (Google, Meta, social, SEO, email, etc.)
- Optimize channel mix and budget allocation
- Own funnel performance from acquisition to conversion
- Run A/B tests and experiments across ads and landing pages
3. Analytics, Tracking & Data Accuracy
- Own GA4 implementation and management
- Set up event and conversion tracking across web and paid channels
- Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Ensure accurate tracking across platforms including Meta Pixel and other tracking tools
- Troubleshoot tracking and data discrepancies
4. Attribution & Insights
- Analyze traffic sources and conversion paths across multiple platforms
- Build attribution models and understand cross-channel impact
- Provide actionable insights to improve performance
5. Dashboards & Reporting
- Build dashboards using Looker / Looker Studio
- Automate reporting for stakeholders
- Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Support campaign tracking, creative testing, and CRO initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or analytics
- Strong experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Expertise in GA4, GTM, Looker / Looker Studio
- Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, and multi-channel performance Nice to Have
- SQL or BigQuery experience
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
- CRO experience
