Role Overview
Lead performance marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across healthcare and pharmaceutical segments. The role focuses on managing paid campaigns, optimising digital channels, and improving ROI through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance-focused strategies
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI metrics
• Manage audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
• Track website traffic, conversions, and campaign analytics using relevant tools
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and growth strategies
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and campaign optimization
• Experience in healthcare/pharma industry preferred
