Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Manager (Healthcare) to join our team in-office at our Noida location. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include managing advertising campaigns across digital platforms, conducting market analysis, optimizing ad performance, and leveraging data-driven strategies. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with organizational goals and generate measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Performance Marketing and Paid Media Campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising
- Strong skills in Analytics, Data Interpretation, and Conversion Rate Optimization
- Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Ability to develop and implement ROI-driven marketing strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data visualization platforms
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector or familiarity with digital health markets is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
