Talasha has been mandated to hire a Performance Marketing Manager (Google & Meta Ads) for a fast growing apparels brand. Having recently raised their funding round, the brand is growing exponentially and is looking for someone who blends analytical thinking with hands-on performance marketing experience
Responsibilities -
- Build & own a robust performance marketing strategy for the D2C website campaigns across geographies
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
- Build dashboards, track periodic performance, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Analyse user behaviour, CAC, ROAS, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver the ROI/ROAS targets & own the performance marketing P&L
- Conduct A/B tests, measure results, and implement learnings quickly.
- Optimise the pricing strategies, deals & sales promotions
- Collaborate with creative, category, and leadership teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- Study competitor strategy & align with evolving marketing benchmarks
- Own reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
- Deep dive into product/category performance to support business decisions
Good to Have -
- 2-3 years experience in google & meta performance marketing strategies
- Experience having scaled a retail D2C brand
- Prior startup experience
CTC - Rs.10-15LPA (Basis last drawn)
