About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take ownership of paid marketing strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
This role is not limited to running campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client goals, designing lead generation strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to build high-performing marketing funnels.
You will work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and conversion goals, and translate those insights into effective advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable results.
The role also involves collaborating with the development team for landing page creation and optimization, ensuring that the campaign funnel—from ad to conversion—is fully optimized.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Understand client business goals, target audience, and lead generation objectives.
- Develop performance marketing strategies using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Plan campaign structures including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Lead Generation campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- Performance Max campaigns
- Lead generation campaigns
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns including:
- Lead generation campaigns
- Conversion campaigns
- Retargeting strategies
- Funnel-based advertising
Lead Generation Optimization
- Focus on qualified lead generation rather than just traffic.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Landing Page Coordination
- Work closely with the development team to:
- Design and build campaign landing pages
- Improve conversion-focused page structure
- Optimize user journey and form submissions
Client Communication
- Communicate regularly with clients to:
- Understand evolving business needs
- Share campaign insights and performance updates
- Recommend improvements and new marketing opportunities
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimize based on data insights.
- Track metrics such as:
- CPL
- CTR
- Conversion rate
- ROAS
- Prepare performance reports and campaign evaluation insights for clients.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Coordinate with:
- Designers
- Content team
- Development team
- Provide campaign direction and ensure smooth execution across teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation marketing funnels.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Experience in running Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
- Ability to understand client business goals and translate them into campaign strategy.
- Experience working with landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and audience segmentation.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
