We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid marketing efforts, with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), while also managing Google Ads. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving ROAS, and building high-performing full-funnel campaigns across channels.

โข Lead and scale performance marketing primarily across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
โข Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and retention funnels
โข Manage and support Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) as a secondary growth channel
โข Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining target CAC and ROAS
