About the Role
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own customer acquisition, lead generation, and paid marketing performance end-to-end, with a strong focus on CAC optimisation and scalable
growth.
This is a high-ownership role managing a full-funnel performance marketing engine (lead generation / SaaS / service-led, not eCommerce-focused) across paid channels, conversion funnels, and campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimisation across funnels
- Own the full funnel: traffic → landing page → lead capture → conversion
- Improve CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
- Manage and optimise campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics
- Work on landing page optimisation (LPO), funnel optimisation, and A/B testing
- Lead creative testing across ad copies, hooks, and formats
- Track and analyse campaign performance, attribution, and funnel behaviour
- Build reports and provide insights to improve performance and scale
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing / growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, PPC) and Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager)
- Experience in lead generation / SaaS / service-based businesses (non-eCommerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of PPC, paid media, conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel optimisation
- Experience optimising for CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
- Comfortable with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
