We are looking for highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to lead high-performing paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-budget campaigns, driving lead generation and revenue growth, and delivering measurable ROI through data-driven marketing strategies.
This role requires hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), along with strong analytical capabilities and experience working with international clients, particularly in the North American market.
Key Responsibilities:-
Google Ads & Meta Ads Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing, and Demand Generation campaigns.
- Create and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness objectives.
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies to drive qualified leads, sales, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Build and manage custom, lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
- Optimize campaign performance through bid strategies, budget allocation, audience refinement, and creative testing.
- Continuously monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and Quality Score.
- Manage large monthly advertising budgets while ensuring maximum return on investment.
Tracking, Analytics & Optimization
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and other tracking solutions.
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate campaign performance and business impact.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve overall marketing performance.
Client Management (International Exposure)
- Work directly with US and international clients to understand business objectives and marketing goals.
- Present campaign performance reports, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for paid media strategy and performance improvement.
Required Candidate Profile
- 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with extensive expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven success in managing and scaling high-budget lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign attribution, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working with international clients, preferably from the US market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI, ROAS, and continuous optimization.
