Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven
Performance Marketing Manager with strong experience in the
e-commerce industry to lead and optimize digital campaigns across multiple paid channels. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI through strategic planning and execution of performance marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for e-commerce brands/products
- Manage and optimize budgets to achieve maximum ROI and ROAS
- Analyze campaign performance using data and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to improve ad performance
- Handle marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Monitor key metrics like CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, sales) for campaign alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory experience in E-commerce / D2C performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Experience in marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel
- Deep understanding of funnels, attribution models, and customer journey
- Ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scaling D2C brands or high-growth startups
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and retention strategies
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WebEngage, Clevertap, etc.
