Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Manager for our E-commerce team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The key responsibilities include planning, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive growth and customer acquisition on multiple e-commerce platforms. The role involves analyzing data, identifying marketing opportunities, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with creative and analytics teams to enhance marketing strategies. The candidate will also oversee budgets, ensure ROI targets are met, and align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and overall sales performance.
- Ability to manage online operations independently and drive sales growth
- Handle product listing optimization, including keywords, titles, descriptions, backend search terms, and category mapping.
- Create and manage Rich (A+) Content to improve product visibility and conversion.
- Track and improve product reviews and ratings through platform-compliant practices.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns during major sale events and promotional periods.
- Use tools such as Helium 10 and other marketplace analytics platforms for keyword research, competitor tracking, and performance analysis.
- Manage advertising budgets, campaign spends, and reporting to ensure efficient ROI.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, banners, and product assets.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Amazon seller/vendor ecosystem and advertising tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
- Experience working with consumer tech, electronics, gaming, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
