🚀 We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager at YourBasil.
We’re building a fast-growing kids & family brand and looking for someone who lives and breathes marketplace ads — not just reports on them.
Full-Time | 4–5 Years Experience | On-site | Bangalore
What you’ll own:
→ Amazon India — Sponsored Products, Brands & Display
→ Flipkart Ads — end to end
→ Myntra Ads — search, banner & video
→ Q-Commerce: Blinkit, Zepto, & Swiggy Instamart
→ Full ownership of monthly ad spends & performance
Big plus if you’ve handled Amazon USA (Seller/Vendor Central).
You’re the right fit if you:
→ Are deeply hands-on with campaign execution & optimisation
→ Have strong D2C/e-commerce performance marketing experience
→ Understand listing health, A+ content & keyword strategy
→ Can independently manage large budgets & scale efficiently
→ Know how to turn data into growth decisions
